What You Can Expect
- 100% complete sets checked against official BrickLink inventories, however, there are NO original boxes or spare/extra pieces included
- Original manuals included (Good condition unless stated otherwise)
- Lego® parts and figures are cleaned and in good used condition unless stated otherwise
- Lego® is bagged into colours/small pieces, not as per manual

Returns Process
"Item not as described"
In the event that the product arrives and is not as described (excluding missing pieces), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide with a photo of the product and your reason for returning. We can then look into initiating a free return for the item or a partial refund if preferred.
"Missing or incorrect parts"
We do our best do double check every set, but we are only human, if you find that any pieces are incorrect or missing, please contact us asap. We have a very large stock of parts and should be able to send the missing parts to you . If we do not have them in stock, then we try and source a part from Bricklink and send this directly to you or if unsuccessful we can offer a partial refund. Returns may be considered, however, the buyer must pay the postage unless otherwise agreed.
